Even with rain, our Dogwarts event was a success! We met new people and dogs, and were able to catch up with old friends. The dogs didn't seem to mind the rain, though! Check out pictures HERE! Luckily, we don't have the cicada "epidemic" in Fairview. But we have heard some interesting stories about dogs eating lots of them! Here's an article with facts about cicadas and the effect they can have on your pet.
Please keep your pets indoors or in a cool environment as much as possible! These temperatures are just going to get higher as we move through the summer. Read this article for signs of heat exhaustion in dogs.
